I have been facilitating, teaching and coaching for over 25 years - what's my passion? Watching people learn and grow! I have an uncanny knack for seeing potential in everyone, my mission is to help you unlock it and claim your success, whether it be leading a team, or finding a new path or career. My coaching and facilitation style is all about giving you the knowledge you need to help you move forward.
Personality Type caught my attention a few years ago. I really believe that this method of self discovery is a simple and fun way to help you understand yourself and others. I wish I had known about this 25 years ago. I truly have a desire to see everyone succeed. Success is not just about earning money, it's about self esteem, self actualization and doing what really makes you happy.
Irene's Background:
Irene leverages her expertise with a variety of assessments to help her clients improve their ability to work with others and communicate more effectively. Some of the assessments she uses includes the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Personality Dimensions®, True Colors® and Life Skills Coaching®. Irene often incorporates these assessments to deliver high-impact programs that are tailored to meet the business objectives of her clients.Irene is also a certified life coach, trained in the Co-Creative Coaching method.
Irene is the current President of OAAPT, The Ontario Association of the Application of Personality Type, a Member of Power of Women Exchange. and Women's Executive Network.
