What's this coaching stuff anyway?
The ICF(International Coach Federation) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Using my unique C.O.R.E (Comfortable, Open, Relaxed, Exploring) method, the client will work through a process of Discovery, Awareness and Choice. The assumption with Co-Creative coaching is that teh client is whole and empowered to find the answers within themselves. My role as a coach is to listen to the best in the client and to bring it out.
The Co-Creative Coaching model puts the client in the centre of the process. "It's all about you!" Cool right? How often does it get to be all about you? As your coach, I listen and guide you to the answers that are already within you. Ready to get started? I offer a complimentary consultation.
